1. Track Extension and Retraction
Driven by servo motors and precision linear guides (with a travel range of 600mm), the transfer track can be horizontally retracted to 60% of its original width, creating a safe passageway for personnel and material carts while avoiding production line interruptions for maintenance.
Typical Case: After an operator triggers the passage button, the track completes the retraction/reset action within 5 seconds, synchronously pausing PCB transmission via linked equipment signals.
2. Precision Alignment Across Equipment
A lifting system combining YADEKA cylinders and guide columns (lifting range: 920±20mm) eliminates height differences between tracks of equipment such as reflow soldering machines and pick-and-place machines, ensuring seamless PCB transmission.
