This flexibility allows seamless handling of a wide range of components, from tiny 0201 chips to larger QFP/BGA (with pin pitch ≥0.3mm within 40×40mm), as well as LED beads, diodes, triodes, and SOT packages.
Precision Placement System: Featuring 8 nozzles (no need for replacement) and a multi-camera vision system (1 MARK camera, 8 high-speed cameras, and a 10-megapixel high-precision camera), the machine achieves a positioning accuracy of 0.01mm and repeated placement accuracy of 0.02mm.
