SMT conveyor is a commonly used equipment in electronic manufacturing, mainly used for the connection between SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines, but also can be used for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) buffering, inspection, testing or manual insertion of electronic components. The conveyor is equipped with a control board card and a ZD motor with adjustable speed, which allows the track width to be adjusted by means of a double screw to ensure that the transport rails are parallel to each other. In addition, the conveyor is equipped with an anti-static workbench plate, and the main structure can be made of either iron square or aluminium profiles, increasing the stability and durability of the equipment.

The main function of the SMT conveyor is to provide a connection between the SMT and AI (Artificial Intelligence) production lines, but it can also be used for PCB buffering, inspection, testing or manual insertion of electronic components. It is capable of signalling to other equipment, increasing productivity and automation. The conveyor's table is also equipped with lighting for ease of operation when inspecting or manually subsidising components.

Operation and Maintenance of SMT Conveyor Before using the SMT conveyor, you need to carry out some necessary inspections, such as checking the supply power cord, the grounding of the equipment, whether the control buttons are reset or not, whether the width of the guide rail is suitable or not, and whether the belt is loose or not. The operation of the conveyor can be realised by automatic control mode or manual control mode, and the specific steps can be found in the relevant product manual. In order to keep the conveyor in good operating condition, the transmission part and the rack or the widening screw should be refuelled regularly, and the power main switch of the equipment should be turned off immediately when encountering power failure.
