The automatic board collector is an automated device used in electronic manufacturing to efficiently collect flexible circuit boards (FPC) or rigid circuit boards (PCB). It achieves precise stacking through mechanical arms, conveyor belts, and intelligent control systems, significantly enhancing production line efficiency and reducing manual intervention
I. Equipment Structure and Core Components
Mechanical system
Conveyor belt: Conveys FPC/PCB to the collection area, equipped with photoelectric sensors to detect the position of the board
Actuator: Gripper or suction cup device, responsible for grasping and stacking circuit boards, supporting multi-size compatibility
Frame: High-strength metal structure to ensure operational stability
Control system
PLC or industrial computer, integrated with fault detection and speed regulation functions
The human-machine interface (HMI) is used for parameter setting and status monitoring
Ii. Operating Procedures
Startup preparation
Check the power supply, gas source (pressure ≥0.6MPa) and grounding protection
Confirm that the conveyor belt is free of debris and the sensor sensitivity is normal
Operation steps
Loading: Align the PCB/ V-slot with the conveyor belt and start the automatic board separation and collection program
Stacking: The equipment is stacked according to the preset height. Once the frame is full, an alarm will be triggered or the AGV will be linked for transfer
Shutdown maintenance
Clean the residual debris of the equipment and lubricate the guide rails and the joints of the mechanical arm
When not in use for a long time, apply anti-rust oil and cut off the power
Iii. Safety Regulations
Personal protection: Anti-static clothing and gloves must be worn during operation. Touching moving parts is strictly prohibited
Emergency response: In case of a card jam or abnormal alarm, immediately stop the machine and check the light sensor signal or air pressure issue according to the manual
