SMT Automatic Flipping Machine equipment is used to flip circuit boards 180° to meet the needs of double-sided processing operations. A low noise, low cost, easy to install, accurate positioning of the PCB board flipping machine. Used in conjunction with automatic coating equipment to realize the advantages of high efficiency, zero error and labor saving.

In order to realize the above purpose, Shengdian Electronics has independently developed an automatic flipping machine, including a frame, a flipping transfer mechanism and a control panel. The flipping transfer mechanism is fixedly installed inside the frame, and the control panel is installed at the front end of the frame. The flipping transfer mechanism includes a track transfer device, a baffle device, a track spacing adjusting device, a flipping device, and an in-place cushioning and clamping device. The flipping device and the track transfer device are located on the track spacing adjusting device. The flipping device and the track transfer device are located on one side of the track spacing adjustment device. The flipping device is driven and connected to the track transfer device. The baffle device is fixedly installed on the track of the track transfer device, and the in-place buffer clamping device is located in the clamping space between the track transfer device and the frame.
