Solder Paste Mixer Instruction Manual

I. Operation process and content:.

1, to determine the solder paste mixer installation is complete . (The machine has been installed before leaving the factory)

2、Close the power switch of the machine.

3, open the top cover of the machine.

4, turn the machine solder paste fixture angle, in order to facilitate the fixture rotary knob to turn the fixture for the principle. (Usually the front operation is the easiest).

5, the solder paste cans to be stirred into the machine's fixture and lock (in order not to make the cans change shape of the tightness of the principle). Two cans of solder paste can be stirred at the same time.

6, the left and right two clamps on the solder paste cans or counterweight, the weight difference should not be more than ± 100 grams; otherwise it may cause the machine to produce high-speed mixing shaking situation, please try to avoid!

7, the top cover of the solder paste mixer, and turn on the power switch.

8, adjust the panel display screen time settings to the better mixing time, about 3 to 5 minutes depending on the solder paste manufacturers and different

9, how to set the mixing time, the upper row of buttons on behalf of; minus (-), the next row of buttons on behalf of (+)

Numerical value can be adjusted by adding or subtracting the button 0-9, the center red is the unit, can be switched by the upper and lower buttons H (hours), M (minutes) S (seconds)

10, press the start button, the running indicator light, the machine automatically start high-speed mixing, and countdown, to be set after the completion of the time the machine automatically stops, and to beep to remind the user of the completion of the work, 5 seconds after the automatic stop sound.

11, after the completion of the operation indicator light off, display the last set time, ready for the next mixing operation.

Make sure that the machine stops running after opening the cover, and turn the fixture to rotate the fixture rotary knob to remove the fixture on the solder paste canister, at this time to soften the temperature and stirring of the solder paste can be used.

11, running to stop the machine running can press the stop button to stop and cancel the operation, the operation indicator light off

Open the top cover of the machine during operation, the machine will automatically stop running, and the machine will continue to run after the top cover.

13, confirm that the machine stops running before you open the cover, and loosen the clamps, remove the bottle of solder paste has been stirred, and in the bottle of solder paste control label on the hook “has been stirred”.

Precautions

1, check whether the voltage specification is consistent with the voltage specification of the electricity.  (AC110V or AC220V)

2, if not simultaneously stirring two cans of solder paste cans, must use the counterweight.

3, the machine will be placed on a stable desktop, do not place the machine on a shaky desktop or uneven ground, in order to avoid the machine in the high-speed mixing noise or shaking.

4、If there is an abnormal sound during operation, stop it immediately and report to the engineers and technicians for processing.

Maintenance matters

1、Daily maintenance: clean the exterior and interior of the machine every day; check whether the contact switch is normal.

2、Weekly maintenance: check whether the fixing screws are normal; whether the time timer is normal.

3、Monthly maintenance: check whether the weight of balanced bottles and cans is normal; whether the rotating belt is too loose or broken; whether the rotating part needs to add lubricant.
