The SMT Sectional PCB Conveyor(multi-segment transfer table) is modular segmented frame design enables each section to be independently driven and speed-adjusted. It can be freely combined and assembled according to the length of the production line, and is suitable for different workshop layouts. The body is made of thickened square tubes and industrial aluminum profiles, which are integrated and have a stable structure that is not prone to shaking. It is equipped with a precise ball screw width-adjusting mechanism, with a high parallelism of the guide rails. The PCB board width can be quickly adjusted within the range of 50–450mm without tools, significantly improving the efficiency of line changeover and debugging. The conveying system is equipped with anti-static and wear-resistant special flat belts, and is paired with a silent stepper motor. The transmission uses belt adjustment, and thin plates are less likely to get stuck, scratched, or fall off. High-sensitivity photoelectric sensing components are installed at the front and back, accurately identifying the incoming and outgoing board status of the PCB. A standard industry-standard SMEMA communication interface is equipped, which can be linked and interlocked with upstream and downstream equipment, automatically matching the production rhythm, and avoiding line blockages and idle losses.
