Description of the Working Principle:
This machine is generally installed in the back end of the testing equipment, when the testing machine sends NG signal, the PCB board is transmitted to the middle position of this machine, automatically raised and temporary storage. When no NG signal, the PCB board will pass through to the downstream machine. When the NG board is full, the machine will automatically alarm. After the NG board is removed manually, the machine continues to work. In storage mode, when the downstream machine doesn't need PCB boards, the PCB boards will automatically rise for storage, and when the upstream machine doesn't have any boards, the stored PCB boards will automatically fall and be transferred to the downstream machine. In addition, this machine has a pass-through function.

6、A variety of operating modes such as storage mode, screening mode, and pass-through mode are available for use behind AOI and SPI equipment.
7、10 PCBs can be stored on the lifting rack with a layer spacing of 30mm. (Customized storage of 15 boards with a layer spacing of 20mm is available)
8、In screening mode, OK boards pass through and NG boards rise for storage; NG boards are judged as OK boards manually and can be transferred to downstream machines by pressing the release button.
9、Equipped with a standard SMEMA signal cable to distinguish between NG/OK signals from upstream equipment.
