A new optical system featuring uniform ring-shaped light and high-brightness coaxial light, combined with infinitely adjustable brightness functionality, ensures that various types of Mark points can be clearly identified, accommodating PCB types such as tin-plated, copper-plated, gold-plated, sprayed tin, and FPC with different colours. GKG's patented mathematical calculation mode ensures the machine achieves high-precision alignment.
Features a Windows XP/Win7 operating interface with excellent human-machine interaction functionality: particularly effective for navigating program files, enabling operators to quickly become familiar with the system; menu-based Chinese/English language switching, operation logs, fault records/self-diagnosis/fault analysis prompts/light alarms, etc., making operation simple and convenient. Three cleaning methods: dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and vacuum cleaning. These three methods can be freely combined, and when automatic cleaning is not required, manual cleaning can be performed in the production interface to
