Equipment Preparation
1. Inspect the SMT solder paste rewatering machine for external damage and ensure all components are present.
2. Check the power cord, heating elements, and temperature controller for integrity to guarantee proper operation.
3. Pour the SMT solder paste into the container within the rewarming machine, ensuring the paste layer is uniformly thick.
II. Operating Procedure
1. Switch on the power supply and preheat the rewarming machine to the set temperature (typically 50°C–60°C).
2. Place the SMT solder paste container inside the rewarming machine, ensuring the base of the paste container maintains a suitable distance from the heating element to prevent uneven heating.
3. Close the warming machine door, activate the thermostat, and commence the heating process.
4. Monitor the thermostat display. Once the solder paste reaches the set temperature, maintain heating for a sustained period (typically 30–60 minutes).
5. Upon completion of heating, deactivate the thermostat and allow the solder paste to cool naturally to room temperature.
6. Remove the cooled solder paste for subsequent operations.
III. Maintenance and Care
1. Ensure normal operation of the SMT solder paste re-flow machine's heating elements, temperature controller, and other components.
2. Clean the interior of the equipment to maintain cleanliness.
3. Regularly replace consumable parts such as heating elements and temperature controllers to ensure the equipment's service life.
4. Inspect the equipment's grounding to ensure operational safety.
Common Issues and Solutions During SMT Solder Paste Re-flow Machine Operation:
1. Inadequate heating: Inspect heating elements for damage and verify thermostat functionality to ensure proper operation.
2. Temperature instability: Check thermostat calibration accuracy to ensure setpoint aligns with actual readings.
3. Uneven solder paste viscosity: Verify uniform solder distribution within the container to ensure consistent heating.
Equipment malfunction: Should any abnormalities occur, immediately disconnect the power supply and contact qualified personnel for inspection and repair.
