SMT Offline Machine Operation and Maintenance Guide, Comprehensive Equipment Operating Logic and Key Points for On-Site Practice:
Standard Operating Procedures
Start-up Preparation
Confirm that the pressure gauge pressure is stable at 0.4~0.55 MPa and that the power supply is securely connected.
Adjust the track width to match the PCB size, ensuring a transmission gap of approximately 1mm to avoid scratching the components.
Place an empty turnover box at the output end and check that the box's load capacity matches the PCB size.
Operational Monitoring
After startup, the equipment automatically receives the PCB to the temporary storage area and positions it for transmission via sensors.
Closely observe the sorting actions:
Qualified boards: The robotic arm transfers them to the turnover box for stacking; when the box reaches 80% capacity, replace it with an empty box.
Unqualified boards: The pneumatic sorting mechanism directs them to the rework area, with a response time of <0.5 seconds.
Operators must not enter the robotic arm's operational range; in case of sudden abnormalities, immediately trigger the emergency stop button.
Final Management
When transferring full boxes of PCBs, handle them gently to prevent component detachment or board deformation.
Save production data logs and shut down the power supply and air valves according to procedures.
Safety and Efficiency Key Points
Environmental Control: Temperature 20–28°C, humidity 50–60%, to prevent static damage.
Sorting System Calibration: Regularly test the accuracy of NG board sorting paths to prevent board mixing.
Emergency Handling: When a board is stuck, first shut off the air and power, then use special tools to remove it; do not forcefully pull or drag.
