Rosin Recovery System: Installed at the inlet, preheating, and soak zones. Exhaust gas from reflow and cooling zones is directed through dedicated piping, filtered, and discharged. Simple and flexible maintenance via periodic filter cleaning.
Advanced Air Circulation: Special pressurized air structure and shaped heating elements ensure zero noise/vibration and extremely high heat exchange efficiency. Minimal temperature difference (Δt) between BGA bottom and PCB meets strict lead-free process demands for high-difficulty soldering.
